📋 Description
- • As an Operations Working Student at Clera, you will be at the forefront of transforming the $600B global recruiting industry by supporting the deployment of an AI Talent Agent that automates candidate sourcing and engagement for US-based startups, directly contributing to Clera’s mission to replace traditional headhunting with intelligent automation.
- • You will play a hands-on role in identifying, engaging, and guiding top technical and product talent through the recruitment pipeline for Clera’s growing portfolio of over 600 US startup clients, including Mintlify, Luminai, and Windsurf, ensuring a seamless and high-touch candidate experience powered by AI.
- • Your daily responsibilities will include sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, and other talent platforms; initiating personalized outreach; managing candidate communication; maintaining and enriching talent pipelines and databases; conducting market research on emerging tech talent trends; and collaborating closely with the founding team to refine recruiting workflows and AI-driven tools.
- • You will work directly with Clera’s founders — a team with proven track records in scaling early-stage startups — gaining unparalleled insight into how AI is reshaping talent acquisition, while operating in a fast-paced, flat-hierarchy environment where initiative and impact are valued over tenure.

🎯 Requirements
- • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Germany, with the ability to commit 15–20 hours per week to this working student role.
- • Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken, to effectively communicate with international startup clients and global talent pools.
- • Demonstrated interest in recruiting, HR technology, startups, or AI-driven innovation, with a proactive, self-directed work style and the ability to take ownership of tasks without constant supervision.
