You will be the critical link between our on-the-ground operations and our headquarters (HQ), ensuring that our product not only functions effectively but also adapts and scales sustainably within the local financial ecosystem.
- • This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable making decisions based on validated field information, have experience operating fintech solutions in markets with genuine friction, and prioritize impact and autonomy over rigid structures.
