📋 Description

• Lead our Oracle Cloud Financials practice as Financials Team Director, combining strategic leadership with deep technical expertise to manage a team of financial associates and business analysts, provide architectural guidance on complex implementations, and drive business development through scoping efforts and RFP responses.
• Day to day responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and developing financial associates and business analysts; managing resource allocation, capacity planning, and performance evaluations; recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top talent; providing architectural guidance for complex Oracle Cloud Financials implementations; reviewing technical designs and serving as escalation point for complex challenges; defining standards, methodologies, and quality assurance processes; partnering with HCM, SCM, EPM, and Customer Support Desk Leads to enhance methodology; ensuring seamless collaboration across practice areas on multi-module implementations; leading scoping efforts and RFP responses for new opportunities; presenting to prospective clients and participating in sales pursuits; building and maintaining strong client relationships; defining strategic direction and monitoring project health and profitability; and collaborating with leadership on practice goals and growth initiatives.

• What the person can learn or achieve in this role: Shape the strategic direction of the Oracle Cloud Financials practice, mentor consultants, deliver transformational financial solutions, enhance delivery methodology through cross-functional collaboration, and drive business growth by leading scoping efforts, RFP responses, and client engagements while working on enterprise-scale implementations across HCM, SCM, EPM, and Customer Support Desk modules.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years Oracle Cloud Financials (Fusion) and/or E-Business Suite Financials experience
• 5+ years hands-on Oracle Cloud Financials implementations
• 5+ years people management experience leading consulting teams
• Deep knowledge of core financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Expenses)
• Proven experience architecting enterprise-scale implementations
• Strong business development skills including scoping, RFP responses, and C-level presentations
• Excellent collaboration and strategic thinking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
