📋 Description

• Configure and implement Oracle PPM modules including Project Management, Resource Management, Portfolio Management, and Financial Management across full project lifecycles from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support.
• Translate complex client business requirements into functional system solutions using Oracle PPM, ensuring alignment with operational and financial objectives.
• Leverage experience with Oracle EBS Project Suite (PA-Costing, PA-Billing, PJM, PJR) to support data flows, budgeting, forecasting, and capital asset processing within PPM implementations.
• Develop and deliver custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into project performance, resource utilization, and portfolio financial health.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with clients, document functional specifications, and provide expert analysis to recommend optimal configuration-based solutions.
• Participate in all phases of technology implementation lifecycle: requirements analysis, system design, build, testing, user training, and go-live support.
• Provide ongoing post-implementation support and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and user adoption.
• Deliver end-user training sessions to facilitate smooth transition and effective use of Oracle PPM functionalities.
• Apply best practices to improve operational efficiencies, enhance profitability, and optimize project delivery processes for clients.
• Demonstrate product leadership throughout the lifecycle by guiding clients on scalable, sustainable configurations aligned with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of PPM solutions with existing enterprise systems.
• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, workflows, and customizations for knowledge transfer and future enhancements.
• Travel to client sites as required to support implementation, training, and issue resolution.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing effectively within team-based project environments.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams through written and verbal channels, including requirement documentation, status updates, and technical explanations.
• Apply strong problem-solving skills to resolve configuration challenges, data inconsistencies, and process gaps in live implementations.
• Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and adhere to Graviton’s benchmarks for excellence and quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience configuring Oracle PPM with full lifecycle implementation experience
• Proven experience with Oracle PPM modules: Project Management, Resource Management, Portfolio Management, Financial Management
• Strong background in Oracle EBS Project Suite (PA-Costing, PA-Billing, PJM, PJR) preferred
• Experience developing reports and dashboards for project and portfolio performance insights
• Ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
