- • Process and manage sales orders across all transaction types to ensure accurate and timely booking within Salesforce and related systems.
- • Conduct meticulous quality checks on executed agreements, order forms, and contract documentation to validate terms, pricing, and compliance before booking.
- • Audit and reconcile Salesforce data to ensure alignment between signed agreements and system records, correcting discrepancies in real time.
- • Support the Quote to Cash (QTC) workflow by validating deal structures, pricing approvals, and discount authorizations prior to order entry.
- • Serve as a cross-functional liaison between Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to resolve order-related ambiguities and ensure alignment on deal terms.
- • Assist in the review and approval of quote workflows to ensure adherence to company policies and contractual standards.
- • Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in Salesforce, including product SKUs, quantities, pricing, renewal dates, and contract terms.
- • Identify and resolve inconsistencies between order forms and system records to prevent revenue recognition errors and commission miscalculations.
- • Collaborate with provisioning and billing teams to ensure accurate customer invoicing and timely service activation based on approved orders.
- • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline order processing workflows and reduce manual errors or delays.
- • Provide accurate reporting and documentation for financial audits, revenue forecasting, and sales commission calculations.
- • Stay current on company policies, pricing guidelines, and compliance requirements to ensure all orders meet internal and external regulatory standards.
- • Respond to ad-hoc requests from Sales and Revenue Operations teams regarding order status, contract details, or system data issues.
- • Attend in-person meetings and company events at the Prague office to maintain alignment with regional teams and foster cross-functional collaboration.
- • Ensure all order management activities comply with internal controls and support accurate financial reporting and revenue recognition.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in order management, revenue operations, or quote-to-cash processes
- • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems with demonstrated ability to audit and correct data
- • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling contractual and financial documentation
- • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams
- • Experience reviewing and validating sales agreements, pricing structures, and discount approvals
- • Familiarity with revenue recognition principles and commission calculation workflows
