📋 Description
- • As an Order Operations Associate at Deel, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate shipment of IT equipment to customers worldwide, directly supporting the company’s mission to enable seamless global work by managing the physical logistics behind its all-in-one HR and payroll platform.
- • Your work will contribute to Deel’s rapid growth and operational excellence by maintaining inventory integrity, fulfilling customer orders with precision, and helping scale fulfillment capabilities in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.
- • You will prepare products for dispatch by picking, packing, and labeling IT equipment according to order specifications, ensuring all items are correctly assembled and ready for secure, on-time delivery to clients across 150+ countries.
- • You will maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counting, stock-takes, and reconciliation processes, helping prevent discrepancies and supporting efficient warehouse operations within Deel’s fulfillment network.
- • You will collaborate closely with the wider order operations team to troubleshoot shipping delays, optimize workflows, and support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing throughput and scalability.
- • You will engage in hands-on startup operations tasks, including ad-hoc projects and sprints focused on process automation, workspace organization, and capacity expansion, offering opportunities to grow into new roles as the business evolves.

🎯 Requirements
- • Prior experience in a fulfillment warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment involving picking, packing, and shipping operations.

- • Strong interest in understanding how to build and scale operational processes within a growing technology business.
- • Experience in IT equipment fulfillment or handling electronic goods is a preferred advantage.
