This role matters because it directly impacts business outcomes by minimizing disruption, driving adoption, and sustaining usage of Microsoft 365 solutions across complex organizations.
  • Day to day, you will develop and execute change management strategies, assess impacts across business units, create communication and training materials, partner with technical teams to understand migration timelines, coordinate user readiness activities, gather and analyze adoption metrics, identify resistance points, and support post-go-live reinforcement plans to ensure sustained usage of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, and Azure B2B capabilities.

AIS fosters a collaborative environment where you’ll work alongside project managers, technical architects, engineers, security teams, and business stakeholders on impactful projects that make a meaningful difference for clients and communities.
  • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in organizational change management within technology transformations, gain hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 migration initiatives, refine your stakeholder engagement and communication skills, and build a track record of driving user adoption and business readiness in regulated, matrixed environments—positioning you for growth into senior change management or transformation leadership roles.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Communications, Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–6 years of experience in organizational change management, user adoption, communications, training, or transformation delivery.
  • Hands-on experience supporting change initiatives tied to Microsoft 365 migration or digital workplace transformation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for executives, managers, and end users.

  • Employee ownership model where your contributions directly impact company success and you share in its achievements.
  • Access to continuous learning resources, training, and mentorship to support professional growth.
  • Inclusive culture that celebrates diversity and values every employee’s voice.
  • Mission-driven work focused on projects that make a meaningful difference for clients and communities.
  • Competitive base salary range of $95,000–$144,000 per year, based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • Opportunity to work remotely (VA-based) on impactful enterprise transformation projects with industry-leading experts.
