📋 Description
- • As an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist for Microsoft 365 Migration at Applied Information Sciences, Inc., you will play a critical role in enabling successful enterprise transformation by ensuring users are prepared, engaged, and supported throughout technology-driven change initiatives. This role matters because it directly impacts business outcomes by minimizing disruption, driving adoption, and sustaining usage of Microsoft 365 solutions across complex organizations.
- • Day to day, you will develop and execute change management strategies, assess impacts across business units, create communication and training materials, partner with technical teams to understand migration timelines, coordinate user readiness activities, gather and analyze adoption metrics, identify resistance points, and support post-go-live reinforcement plans to ensure sustained usage of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, and Azure B2B capabilities.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Communications, Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- • 3–6 years of experience in organizational change management, user adoption, communications, training, or transformation delivery.
- • Hands-on experience supporting change initiatives tied to Microsoft 365 migration or digital workplace transformation.
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for executives, managers, and end users.
- • US Citizenship required.
- • Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals and Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals.
