  • • The Organizational Development Consultant II at Nightingale College plays a strategic and highly autonomous role in designing, implementing, and evaluating organizational development initiatives, aligning them with company values and strategic priorities from conception to implementation.
  • • Day to day, the person will proactively design and deliver leadership development programs, collaborate on organizational development strategies (including engagement surveys, talent management, mentorship, and onboarding), propose and deliver tailored training programs and workshops, monitor and refine content based on feedback and trends, independently acquire and analyze data from diverse sources to identify developmental needs, draw actionable insights to recommend strategies, evaluate risks and benefits of solutions, and provide in-depth consulting and facilitation to employees, teams, and managers at all levels through group discussions, workshops, and team-building sessions.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in organizational development, leadership development, and performance management
  • • Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred
  • • Strong project management capabilities with proven ability to lead complex initiatives from start to finish
  • • Expertise in organizational development, leadership development, and performance management
  • • Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills with ability to identify multiple steps to achieve results
  • • Ability to relate comfortably across levels, functions, and cultures
  • • Exceptional interpersonal skills

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Budgeted hiring range of $76,000 to $82,000 USD
