  • • Serve as the primary business system owner and administrator for the OrigamiRisk platform, taking full end-to-end accountability for its configuration, data quality, and user adoption. This pivotal role ensures the platform's stability and evolution to meet complex business needs, acting as the central point of contact for all OrigamiRisk-related matters.
  • • Administer and meticulously maintain the OrigamiRisk claims and related modules, ensuring continuous alignment with evolving business objectives and stringent regulatory requirements. This involves proactive management to prevent compliance gaps and ensure operational efficiency.
  • • Configure system settings, design and implement workflows, establish business rules, manage integrations, and define custom fields. The goal is to precisely meet business needs while maintaining a balance between scalability for future growth and ease of maintenance for ongoing operations.
  • • Own and drive the OrigamiRisk platform roadmap in close partnership with both business and IT stakeholders. This includes identifying strategic enhancement opportunities, prioritizing development efforts based on demonstrable business value, and ensuring the platform remains a strategic asset.
  • • Partner extensively with Risk Solutions, compliance, finance, and operational teams to deeply understand their complex business processes, identify critical pain points, and thoroughly grasp all relevant regulatory requirements. This collaborative approach ensures solutions are well-aligned with organizational goals.
  • • Translate intricate business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical solutions. This involves leveraging the full capabilities of OrigamiRisk, including its configuration options, workflow design tools, reporting features, and integration frameworks.
  • • Critically evaluate situations where OrigamiRisk may not be the optimal solution. In such cases, recommend alternative tools, suggest necessary process changes, or propose hybrid approaches, providing full support through the design and implementation phases of these alternative solutions.
  • • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing expert guidance on platform capabilities, inherent limitations, and the trade-offs associated with different solution designs. This empowers stakeholders to make informed decisions.
  • • Provide advanced technical support to OrigamiRisk users, adeptly troubleshooting system issues and resolving complex data or configuration-related problems to minimize disruption and maintain productivity.
  • • Ensure the highest standards of data integrity through regular, systematic audits, rigorous validation checks, and vigilant monitoring of all upstream and downstream integrations. This proactive stance prevents data discrepancies and ensures reliable reporting.
  • • Collaborate closely with Risk Solutions compliance teams to uphold best practices in auditing and maintain robust control frameworks within the OrigamiRisk platform, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
  • • Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including configuration standards, detailed user guides, and effective training materials. This ensures consistent and correct platform usage across the organization.
  • • Work seamlessly with IT teams to implement system enhancements, critical integrations, and necessary upgrades. This collaboration ensures strict alignment with enterprise architecture principles and robust security standards.
  • • Coordinate effectively with vendors and external partners as required to support OrigamiRisk enhancements, critical fixes, and the adoption of industry best practices, ensuring external dependencies are managed efficiently.
  • • Lead structured discovery efforts to elicit, meticulously document, and validate business requirements related to risk management, claims processing, compliance activities, and operational reporting. This forms the foundation for effective solutioning.
  • • Produce clear, concise business and functional requirements documents, detailed process maps, and precise data definitions that effectively translate complex business needs into implementable technical solutions.
  • • Facilitate productive stakeholder working sessions to achieve consensus on requirements, establish clear priorities, and define measurable success metrics for all initiatives.
  • • Design future state business processes that strategically leverage OrigamiRisk capabilities in conjunction with complementary technologies, optimizing the overall operational landscape.
  • • Proactively identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, or automate business processes, thereby reducing manual effort, improving data quality, and enhancing overall visibility into operations.
  • • Evaluate various solution options, conduct thorough impact analyses, and support the development of compelling business cases for platform enhancements or alternative solutions, ensuring strategic alignment and resource justification.
  • • Contribute to a culture of meritocracy, rewarding self-starters committed to customer best interests.
