- • As an OTC Sales Trader at Wintermute Trading Ltd, you will be a crucial member of the newly established US trading team, playing a pivotal role in expanding the company’s OTC business in the Americas by trading digital assets and building relationships with key counterparties.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include executing OTC trades across spot and derivatives products (including CFDs, options, futures, and tailored instruments), identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with over 2,000 existing counterparties, and contributing innovative ideas to scale the OTC desk in the US market.
- • You will join a global algorithmic trading leader with offices in London, Singapore, and New York, operating at the forefront of digital asset liquidity provision, partnering with major blockchain projects, traditional financial institutions, and industry leaders while actively shaping the blockchain ecosystem through investments and incubation.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive meaningful impact on OTC growth in a high-growth, startup-like environment with no legacy bureaucracy, learn from a best-in-class trading team, and develop expertise in one of the most dynamic and influential sectors of the digital asset market.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record in OTC sales trading with strong background in digital assets or cryptocurrency markets
- • Experience trading a broad range of OTC products including spot, derivatives (CFDs, options, futures), and tailored instruments
- • Established network and ability to build and maintain relationships with institutional and crypto-native counterparties
- • Deep understanding of market structure, liquidity provision, and trading dynamics in digital asset markets
