- • Make 400–500 outbound calls per day using an auto-dialer to support a U.S.-based home and auto insurance sales operation.
- • Follow approved scripts to qualify prospects for home and auto insurance products.
- • Deliver qualified live transfers to licensed U.S.-based insurance agents in real time.
- • Meet or exceed monthly live transfer benchmarks as defined by client performance standards.
- • Maintain consistency, professionalism, and energy during extended periods of high-volume calling.
- • Accurately disposition each call according to established SOPs and call flow guidelines.
- • Adhere strictly to scripts, training materials, and operational protocols without deviation.
- • Communicate clearly and promptly with trainers and team leads regarding performance, technical issues, or process concerns.
- • Work during U.S. business hours: either 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.
- • Ensure reliable technical setup including a non-Chromebook computer, Windows 10/11 or Mac iOS 12+, Google Chrome, stable primary and backup internet, and a headset with webcam.
- • Record and submit a video showcasing skill sets as part of the application process.
- • Operate in a metrics-driven, highly structured environment with clear performance targets and minimal autonomy in call execution.
- • Maintain low QA issue rates through strict script adherence and accurate call documentation.
- • Demonstrate high reliability and consistent attendance to meet daily and monthly call volume requirements.
- • Thrive in repetitive, fast-paced call center environments with a focus on execution over creativity.
- • Leverage prior experience in telemarketing or outbound sales to achieve performance benchmarks efficiently.
- • Utilize familiarity with Five9 or Ricochet 360 platforms if available to enhance call flow efficiency.
- • Contribute to a performance-based culture where compensation is directly tied to live transfer results.

- • Proven experience in telemarketing or high-volume call center environments
- • Experience working with scripted outbound calling
- • Clear, fluent English with strong comprehension and communication clarity
- • Reliable internet connection and ability to pass a technical setup test
- • Computer (NOT Chromebook) with Windows 10/11 or Mac iOS 12+
- • Availability to work U.S. business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST)
