- • As an Outbound Demand Generation Manager at Leap Tools Inc., you will bridge high-level strategy and daily execution by centralizing outbound operations to ensure the business development strategy is aggressively executed and measured, allowing Account Executives to focus 100% on closing deals.
- • You will own the outbound tech and content stack, designing and deploying multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold call), managing data enrichment via Clay, building AI-powered personalization logic, and automating workflows between Clay, Salesforce, and Instantly to drive pipeline predictability and operational efficiency.
- • Leap Tools is a remote-first, fast-growing tech company recognized by Deloitte as one of Canada’s fastest-growing companies, serving customers in 80+ countries including Fortune 500 retailers like Home Depot, with a mission to build the world’s most advanced interior décor visualization technology.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in ABM orchestration, revenue analytics, and sales tech stack integration, while building dashboards in Looker Studio to track MQL velocity, email performance, and ROI, directly contributing to scalable, data-driven growth and career advancement in demand generation and sales operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce (preferred) or HubSpot
- • Proficiency in dashboard creation and data visualization using Looker Studio
- • Hands-on experience with AI/automation tools including Clay and Instantly for prospecting and campaign execution
- • Ability to implement tracking pixels and maintain data integrity across systems
- • Technical understanding of API connections, webhooks, and system integrations
- • Nice to have: Familiarity with Google Tag Manager
