- • As an Outbound Growth Manager at Lightspeed Commerce Inc., you will serve as the critical strategic link between Marketing and Sales, designing and optimizing outbound sales strategies to drive new business growth in key regions including Paris, London, Amsterdam, Ghent, or Berlin. Your work will directly impact revenue generation by refining lead scoring, territory planning, and AI-powered prospecting to ensure sales teams focus on high-value opportunities.
- • You will lead regional outbound sales strategy by analyzing Total Addressable Market (TAM), defining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) with Product Marketing, and continuously refining the outbound sales process from initial contact to opportunity creation. This includes designing data-driven lead scoring systems, optimizing sales territories within CRM, establishing closed-loop feedback with Sales teams, and integrating AI tools to enhance lead generation and personalization at scale.
- • You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams to build consensus on GTM processes, ensure alignment on messaging and rules of engagement, and drive adoption of new strategies across functions. Your role requires strong stakeholder management to translate strategic plans into executable sales plays that improve pipeline velocity and conversion rates.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategy, advanced CRM and sales engagement platforms, AI-driven sales automation, and data-centric sales operations. You will gain experience in territory design, incentive alignment, and scalable process optimization — positioning you for advancement into senior GTM, Revenue Operations, or Sales Leadership roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in a high-impact strategic role such as Outbound Sales Manager, Sales Strategy, or Revenue Operations with a focus on lead generation or prospecting, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- • Proven ability to define go-to-market strategy and translate complex plans into scalable sales processes, including specific experience in territory management and sales organization design.
- • Deep expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Sales Engagement Platforms (e.g., Outreach/Salesloft), and list-building tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay.com, D&B).
- • Experience using AI in sales automation, prospecting, or data enrichment, or a strong passion for exploring AI’s potential in GTM efficiency.
- • Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of monitoring performance metrics (e.g., pipeline velocity, conversion rates) and implementing data-driven process improvements.
