  • • As an Outbound Growth Manager at Lightspeed Commerce Inc., you will serve as the critical strategic link between Marketing and Sales, directly shaping the company’s Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy in key European regions including Berlin, London, Amsterdam, Ghent, or Paris. Your work will drive scalable outbound sales initiatives that fuel new business acquisition, ensuring alignment between marketing efforts and sales execution to maximize pipeline quality and conversion efficiency in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • • You will lead regional outbound sales strategy by analyzing Total Addressable Market (TAM) and collaborating with Product Marketing to define high-value Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) segments, ensuring targeting precision and resource allocation toward the most promising accounts.
  • • You will design, refine, and optimize the end-to-end outbound sales process—from initial prospect engagement to opportunity creation—leveraging data and feedback to eliminate friction and increase rep productivity.
  • • You will build and implement a data-driven lead scoring model that prioritizes leads based on likelihood to close and deal value, enabling sales teams to focus on high-intent prospects and improve pipeline velocity.
  • • You will spearhead AI integration into GTM motions by evaluating and deploying AI-powered tools for lead generation, enrichment, personalization, and automation, enhancing scalability and effectiveness of outbound campaigns.
  • • You will establish closed-loop feedback mechanisms with Sales teams to capture win/loss insights, using this data to continuously refine messaging, targeting, and process design.
  • • You will own sales territory optimization, including lead assignment rules, territory design, and dynamic resource allocation within the CRM, ensuring optimal market coverage and agile response to shifting priorities.
  • • You will act as a central collaborator across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps, fostering alignment, driving adoption of new GTM processes, and ensuring consensus on rules of engagement to break down silos and accelerate execution.
  • • You will monitor key performance indicators such as pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and lead response times, using analytics to identify trends, test hypotheses, and implement iterative improvements.
  • • You will mentor and enable BDRs and AEs through enablement materials, training, and real-time coaching, elevating team performance and consistency in outbound execution.
  • • You will operate within a fast-paced, innovative, and inclusive culture at Lightspeed, where your strategic contributions directly impact revenue growth and market expansion across retail, hospitality, and golf sectors in over 100 countries.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in modern GTM engineering, AI-driven sales automation, and revenue operations—positioning yourself as a leader in scalable B2B growth strategy with transferable skills applicable across global tech organizations.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in a high-impact strategic role such as Outbound Sales Manager, Sales Strategy, or Revenue Operations, with a proven focus on lead generation, prospecting, or GTM execution, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • • Demonstrated ability to design and execute complex Go-To-Market strategies, translate them into scalable sales processes, and manage territory design and sales organization structure to optimize coverage and performance.
  • • Deep proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), Sales Engagement Tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft), and list-building/data enrichment tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay.com, D&B), with hands-on experience in configuring and leveraging these systems for outbound efficiency.
  • • Practical experience applying AI in sales or marketing contexts—or a strong passion for exploring AI’s potential in automating prospecting, personalization, and data-driven decision-making at scale.
  • • Exceptional analytical acumen, with a track record of monitoring performance metrics (e.g., pipeline velocity, conversion rates, lead-to-opportunity ratios) and using data to drive process improvements and strategic adjustments.
