- • As an Outbound Sales Consultant at Web.com Group, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in helping existing customers elevate their digital presence by identifying their unique needs and recommending tailored solutions from our extensive suite of products and services, directly contributing to business growth in an evolving digital landscape.
- • You will take charge in an outbound sales role, connecting with existing customers to introduce them to our products and services, using a consultative approach to build lasting relationships and gain a deep understanding of their online business needs.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing strong, ongoing connections with existing customers to uncover upsell opportunities and address evolving needs, becoming an expert in our offerings to educate customers on how our services can elevate their operations and help them achieve business goals.
- • You will deliver personalized solutions that perfectly match each customer’s unique challenges and aspirations, leveraging exceptional communication skills to connect with diverse audiences and build rapport quickly—whether over the phone or in writing.
- • You will thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while staying customer-focused and delivering top-notch service, supported by cutting-edge dialer software that reduces answering machines and manual dialing for personalized follow-up.
