  • • As the Outbound Sales Development Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our outbound sales efforts. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust outbound strategy that aligns perfectly with our ambitious growth targets. This isn't just about managing a team; it's about hands-on leadership. You'll be coaching your SDRs on the intricacies of effective prospecting, refining their messaging and objection-handling skills, mastering multi-threading and authority mapping within target accounts, and ensuring seamless progression of opportunities from initial contact to qualified opportunities (SQO).
  • • Your core mission will be to drive consistent pipeline generation and improve full-funnel stage progression. This involves holding your team to the highest standards of daily activity, ensuring exceptional quality in their outreach, and meticulously tracking conversion metrics. You'll be the go-to expert for diagnosing funnel bottlenecks, swiftly identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data-driven action plans to optimize performance. Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to create a seamless and efficient go-to-market engine. Furthermore, you'll be expected to present team performance, pipeline health, and strategic insights to our Senior Leadership team, demonstrating your ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives.
  • • We are looking for a leader who can foster a culture of ownership, resilience, and continuous improvement within the SDR team. This means empowering individuals, encouraging proactive problem-solving, and celebrating successes. You will be responsible for scaling a team of 8-10 outbound SDRs, ensuring they are equipped with the skills, tools, and motivation to consistently exceed their goals. Your ability to translate strategic vision into tactical execution will be crucial. You will also play a key role in defining and refining our ideal customer profile (ICP) and buyer personas, ensuring our outbound efforts are laser-focused on the right opportunities.
  • • Success in this role will be measured by the predictability and quality of the outbound pipeline generated, significant improvements in conversion rates across all funnel stages, and the development of a high-morale, high-accountability team. You will establish clear visibility and build trust in our reporting and forecasting mechanisms. Ultimately, you will cultivate an environment where performance is consistently owned, coached, and elevated, driving sustainable revenue growth for Fleetio.
