- • As an Outbound Sales Development Representative at Workato, you will play a critical role in driving company revenue by building a strong sales pipeline through targeted outreach to key executives at prospective accounts. Your work directly supports the commercial sales team in breaking into new markets and expanding Workato’s customer base.
- • Day to day, you will engage in outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling via platforms like LinkedIn. You will follow structured processes to book meetings with decision-makers, collaborate with your team by sharing successful outreach examples in Slack, and receive ongoing enablement and coaching to refine your approach and meet monthly activity and booking goals.

You’ll have the opportunity to grow into a full-cycle sales role while contributing meaningfully to one of the fastest-growing tech companies in the Bay Area.
🎯 Requirements
- • Some work experience in roles such as recruiting, outside sales, business analysis, or other relevant business functions is preferred.
- • Familiarity with business applications including Google Apps, Outreach, Zoominfo, Slack, and Salesforce is required.
- • Willingness to work in a hybrid model, commuting to either the Denver or Palo Alto office two days per week.
- • High energy, positive attitude, initiative-taking mindset, strong work ethic, and self-directed approach.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- • Strong collaboration skills and enthusiasm for working as part of a team-oriented, supportive environment.
