- • As an Outbound Sales Development Representative at Fleetio, you will make the first impression by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers using tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Salesforce, directly contributing to ARR growth and supporting Account Executives in closing deals.
- • Day to day, you will manage outbound lead generation for the Mid-Market territory through cold calling, emailing, and social outreach, develop detailed lead profiles in Salesforce, qualify prospects, schedule meetings and demos, and assist in strategic efforts to build a qualified sales pipeline.
- • Fleetio is a modern fleet management software platform that raised $450M in Series D funding in March 2025, serves thousands of organizations globally, and is a founding member of the Rails Foundation, offering a collaborative, customer-centric culture with remote work flexibility since 2012 and headquarters in Birmingham, AL.
- • In this role, you will develop transferable sales skills in lead generation, CRM management, and sales outreach, with clear pathways to advance into roles such as Lead SDR or Account Executive, while working alongside high-performing teammates in a supportive, results-driven environment.
