  • • As an Outbound Sales Development Representative (DACH) at Remote Referral Board Inc., you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects in the German-speaking DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Your work directly supports the company’s mission to simplify global employment compliance, enabling businesses to hire, pay, and manage international teams with ease. This role is ideal for a motivated, self-starting individual who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and is passionate about building meaningful sales pipelines.
  • • Day to day, you will source new sales prospects through outbound outreach using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce; engage leads via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging; qualify opportunities by understanding prospect needs and articulating Remote’s value proposition; book meetings for Account Executives; maintain accurate CRM records; collaborate with the sales team to refine targeting strategies; and continuously improve your approach through feedback and mock call exercises. You will also research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and prepare tailored outreach to increase conversion rates.

  • • In this role, you will develop advanced outbound sales techniques, deepen your expertise in B2B SaaS sales cycles, master CRM and sales intelligence tools, and sharpen your communication and negotiation skills in both English and German. You’ll gain exposure to global compensation philosophy, internal mobility opportunities, and leadership pathways — positioning you for growth into Account Executive, Sales Management, or other commercial roles within Remote’s expanding organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven business development success with experience using core sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo (knowledge of these is a plus)
  • • Prior experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS technology company
  • • Fluent written and spoken English and German (required)
  • • Exceptional communication skills, including oral, written, active listening, and a positive, energetic phone presence
  • • Ability to think strategically and tactically, maintain resilience in the face of rejection, and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation
