- • As an Outbound Sales Development Representative for the DACH region, you will drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects in German-speaking markets, directly contributing to Remote’s mission of simplifying global employment compliance.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing new sales prospects, conducting outbound outreach via cold calls and emails, qualifying leads, booking appointments for Account Executives, researching target accounts, and clearly communicating Remote’s value proposition to align solutions with prospect needs.
- • You will join a globally distributed, async-first Sales team at Remote Technologies Inc., a company operating across 6 continents with a mission to enable compliant international hiring, pay, and team management for businesses of all sizes.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced B2B SaaS sales skills, master outbound prospecting techniques, gain deep expertise in global HR and compliance solutions, and build a foundation for career growth into Account Executive or sales leadership positions within a high-growth, innovative organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven business development success with experience using core sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo
- • Prior experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS technology company
- • Fluent written and spoken English and German
- • Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills, with excellent listening abilities and a positive, energetic phone presence
- • Self-motivated, proactive mindset with a diligent work ethic and ability to maintain resilience in the face of rejection
- • Ability to think strategically and tactically, prioritize urgent goals, and initiate new ideas independently
