- • As an Outbound Sales Development Representative (Dutch) at Remote Referral Board Inc., you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying outbound leads for the company’s Global HR Platform. Your work directly supports the sales team in expanding Remote’s customer base across EMEA, helping businesses compliantly manage international teams through innovative HR solutions.
- • Day to day, you will source new sales prospects using tools like SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Lusha; conduct cold calls and outreach to book appointments for Account Executives; communicate Remote’s value propositions clearly; research customer needs; create targeted prospect lists; penetrate key accounts; identify decision-makers; and support the Account Executive team with lead education and handoff preparation.
- • You will join a fully remote, globally distributed Sales team within Remote, a company operating across 6 continents with a mission to simplify global employment compliance.
