- • As an Outbound Sales Development Representative - Dutch, you will play a critical role in driving Remote’s growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying outbound leads to support the sales pipeline and help global businesses access compliant international employment solutions.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing new sales prospects, conducting cold calls, researching business needs, communicating Remote’s value proposition, creating targeted prospect lists, and qualifying leads for handoff to Account Executives, all while maintaining a proactive, self-starting attitude and high energy in outreach efforts.
- • You will join a fully remote, globally distributed Sales team at Remote Technologies Inc., a company operating across 6 continents with a mission to simplify global hiring, payroll, and compliance for businesses of all sizes, grounded in core values of Innovation, Transparency, and belonging.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced sales skills in B2B SaaS outreach, master tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sharpen your negotiation and communication abilities, and gain experience in strategic prospecting and sales cycle initiation—positioning you for growth into senior sales or sales operations roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven business development success using core sales tools including Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Lusha
- • Previous experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS technology company
- • Fluency in both English and Dutch
- • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with strong listening abilities and a positive, energetic phone presence
- • Ability to think strategically and tactically, maintain resilience in the face of rejection, and demonstrate self-motivation and urgency in achieving goals
