• • As an Outbound Sales Development Representative (Dutch) at Remote Technologies Inc., you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying outbound leads for the company’s Global HR Platform. Your work directly supports the sales team in expanding Remote’s customer base across international markets, enabling businesses to compliantly hire, pay, and manage global teams.
• • Day to day, you will respond to and qualify outbound leads, source new sales prospects through cold calling and outreach using tools like SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Lusha, book appointments for Account Executives, communicate Remote’s value propositions clearly, research prospect needs, build target account lists, and support the AE team as needed. You will operate in an asynchronous, fully remote environment, managing your own schedule while maintaining high activity and follow-up discipline.

• • In this role, you will develop advanced outbound sales techniques, deepen your expertise in B2B SaaS sales cycles, master CRM and sales engagement tools, and strengthen your communication and negotiation skills in both English and Dutch. You’ll gain experience in strategic prospecting, pipeline development, and cross-functional collaboration — positioning yourself for growth into Account Executive or sales leadership roles within a high-growth, globally recognized HR tech company.
