Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the entire outbound pipeline for Southeast Asia: you will research, prospect, and engage high-growth companies across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines, positioning Remote’s Global HR Platform as the fastest, most compliant way to hire, pay, and manage distributed teams.
- • Build laser-focused target lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, and regional databases; identify expansion-stage start-ups, scale-ups, and enterprise accounts that are ready to hire across borders but lack the infrastructure to do it compliantly.
- • Craft hyper-personalised, multi-channel sequences in Korean, Japanese, or Bahasa Indonesia/Malaysian that speak directly to each prospect’s pain points—whether it’s entity set-up delays, mis-classified contractors, or payroll fragmentation across five countries in one quarter.
- • Run discovery calls that uncover strategic initiatives: Are they opening a tech hub in Ho Chi Minh City? Acquiring a competitor in Seoul? Spinning up a customer-success team in Jakarta? You will map stakeholders, quantify the cost of inaction, and translate that into a compelling business case for Remote.
- • Collaborate daily with Account Executives in APAC and EMEA: you will schedule qualified meetings, brief AEs on buying signals, and co-create mutual action plans that compress sales cycles from months to weeks.
- • Master Remote’s product suite—Employer of Record, Contractor Management, Remote Payroll, Remote HRIS, and Remote Talent Acquisition—and articulate how each module removes friction from the global employment lifecycle.
- • Leverage Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and Chili Piper to maintain 100% data hygiene; your dashboards will show conversion rates, sequence performance, and pipeline coverage that directly influence quarterly revenue forecasts.
- • Experiment with regional messaging: run A/B tests on subject lines, value props, and call-openers in Korean, Japanese, or Bahasa; share weekly insights with the global SDR team so everyone benefits from your local market expertise.
- • Champion Remote’s value of Transparency: you will never oversell or obscure pricing; instead, you will arm prospects with clear ROI calculators, compliance checklists, and customer references that accelerate trust.
- • Contribute to the broader APAC go-to-market strategy: surface competitive intel, pricing feedback, and product gaps to Marketing, Product, and RevOps so Remote stays two steps ahead in the fastest-growing employment region on earth.
- • Hit and exceed pipeline generation targets: 40+ qualified meetings per quarter, 15+ opportunities created, and $1.5M+ in influenced ARR within your first 12 months.
- • Grow into a future sales leader: Remote has a proven track record of promoting SDRs into Account Executive, Customer Success, and Strategic Account Management roles within 18–24 months.
