- • Lead and grow a high-performing remote sales team of Account Executives to drive revenue growth across individual, team, and organizational goals for Block’s SMB segment.
- • Build a culture of trust, accountability, and fun by coaching AEs, participating in client meetings, and fostering open communication and constructive debate.
- • Develop and refine sales processes, including hiring, training, and ramping new AEs, while managing KPIs, forecasting, pipeline, and weekly forecast reviews.
- • Use data-driven insights and customer feedback to evolve sales strategy, improve performance, and inform product improvements.
- • Join Block, Inc., a mission-driven company building integrated commerce and financial services tools (Square, Cash App, Afterpay, TIDAL, Bitkey, Proto) to empower sellers and increase access to the global economy.
- • Develop leadership expertise in sales operations, team development, and cross-functional collaboration while making a measurable impact on seller success and company growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience as a sales manager
- • 3 years of documented sales success as an individual contributor exceeding targets
- • Experience in hiring, training, and ramping new Account Executives
- • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and inspire change
- • Leadership and coaching experience with a desire to help others succeed
- • Expertise in creating structure around sales metrics and managing performance to achieve goals
