• • The Outbound Sales Operations Specialist will build, manage, and optimize outbound sales channels and the overall sales tech stack to support pipeline growth and team performance for a fast-growing AI-driven automation company serving B2B organizations.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing outbound sales channels (email, phone, LinkedIn), implementing and maintaining the sales tech stack, managing data enrichment tools, setting up and refining sales processes, tracking and reporting on key sales metrics, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve outreach strategies and enablement.
