You will be responsible for managing your sales pipeline effectively, from initial lead generation and appointment setting to closing deals and fostering long-term customer relationships. 🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in-home sales or a related field such as home improvement, construction, or direct sales.
  • • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele.
  • • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage time effectively to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • • Ability to conduct in-home consultations, understand customer needs, and present solutions persuasively.
  • • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to customer appointments.
  • • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
