- • As an Outside Sales Representative for Fiserv’s Restaurants Solutions team, you will drive growth by introducing Clover’s award-winning point-of-sale solutions to restaurant owners and business operators within Restaurant Depot locations in the Phoenix, AZ area. This role is critical to expanding Fiserv’s footprint in the fintech and payments space, directly impacting how merchants accept payments, manage operations, and increase revenue.
- • Day to day, you will proactively engage business owners through face-to-face conversations, schedule and conduct in-person product demonstrations, install Clover systems, provide hands-on training, and convert leads into loyal clients using consultative selling strategies. You will independently source leads, cold call, and nurture relationships to meet sales quotas while upholding Fiserv’s core values of integrity and client-centric service.
- • You will join a dynamic, innovation-driven field sales team at Fiserv, a global leader in fintech and payments that processes over $330 billion in card transactions annually and serves more than 700,000 merchant locations worldwide. The team is focused on transforming the restaurant industry through integrated commerce solutions like Clover, combining cutting-edge technology with personalized service.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced consultative selling skills, deepen your expertise in POS and online ordering platforms, strengthen your ability to build long-term client relationships, and gain hands-on experience in system installation and training—positioning you for growth into senior sales or sales leadership roles within Fiserv’s expanding ecosystem.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bilingual - Spanish/English Required
- • High School Diploma
- • 2+ years of experience in a quota-driven, self-sourcing sales environment, particularly with small to medium-sized clients
- • 2+ years of experience cold calling & prospecting
- • 2+ years of experience with independently generating leads
