- • As an Overnight Care Center Representative, you will provide compassionate support during critical moments by responding to medical alerts and alarms, offering comfort and peace of mind to individuals and families nationwide.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include answering emergency and non-emergency calls, determining priorities, dispatching appropriate responses, recording call details in real-time, verifying customer information, troubleshooting alarm systems, and proactively recommending preventative healthcare services—all while maintaining strict confidentiality and managing multiple screens efficiently.
- • You will join VRI, a Modivcare company dedicated to delivering life-saving support through technology-enabled care, where every interaction contributes to the safety and well-being of vulnerable individuals across the country.
- • In this role, you will develop strong crisis communication skills, gain experience in healthcare customer service, enhance your technical proficiency with CRM and medical alert systems, and build resilience in high-pressure environments—laying a foundation for growth in healthcare operations or patient support roles.
