- • As an Owner Services Support Agent at Extenteam, you will serve as the primary point of contact for timeshare owners, ensuring high satisfaction through timely communication, reservation support, and financial clarity while supporting seamless owner and guest experiences.
- • Day to day, you will manage owner inquiries via phone, email, and text; maintain accurate records and communication logs; assist with reservations, account statements, and payouts; support onboarding of new owners; collaborate with Inventory, Revenue, and Guest Services teams; handle after-hours on-call rotations; assist with OTA listings, system troubleshooting, and internal reporting; and prepare weekly and annual tax-related documentation.
- • Extenteam is a scaling startup revolutionizing the short-term vacation rental industry with a tech-based subscription model, aiming to double MRR by January 2026. - • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in timeshare operations, owner relationship management, and cross-functional support within a fast-growing startup. You’ll strengthen your customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills while gaining exposure to SaaS platforms, property management systems, and revenue operations—positioning you for growth in hospitality, operations, or customer success leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or GED required
- • Experience in hospitality, customer service, timeshare, or property management preferred
- • Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
- • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- • Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional tone
- • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
