- • The P&C Actuary Lead Consultant (Reserving) at Allstate is responsible for executing and managing reserving projects using accepted actuarial and statistical standards to support business goals.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical leadership, planning and implementing moderate to high complexity projects, leading complex analyses using actuarial and predictive modeling techniques, mentoring less experienced talent, and ensuring data quality for actuarial services.
- • Allstate is a leader in insurance innovation with over 90 years of experience protecting families, known for advancing safety standards, pricing sophistication, telematics, and identity protection solutions.
- • In this role, the individual can develop expertise in reserving methodologies, influence business decisions through actuarial insights, and grow as a subject matter expert while contributing to innovation in insurance analytics.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (4-year)
- • 5 or more years of relevant experience (preferred)
- • Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) required; Fellow (FCAS) preferred
- • Experience with technology platforms including R, Python, Fabric, and ResQ
