  • • Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a knack for communication and a passion for the creator economy? 20four7VA is seeking dedicated Virtual Assistants (VAs) to become integral partners for content creators and entrepreneurs, empowering them to secure lucrative brand deals through the innovative Wovvo.ai platform.
  • • In this high-volume execution role, you will be at the forefront of connecting creators with exciting brand partnership opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously review brand opportunities listed on Wovvo.ai, apply on behalf of our clients (referred to as Members), and maintain a crystal-clear overview of all application activities and their outcomes through structured, consistent reporting.
  • • This position demands an exceptional level of attention to detail, robust reading comprehension skills, and the unwavering commitment to daily follow-through. You will need to adeptly understand the nuances of campaign requirements, skillfully tailor outreach and application messaging using approved templates, and meticulously maintain accurate records. This ensures our clients have complete visibility into their progress on a daily and weekly basis, fostering trust and demonstrating tangible results.
  • • A strong foundational understanding of the User-Generated Content (UGC) creator business model is essential. More importantly, you must possess a proactive and continuous learning mindset. This adaptability is key to actively supporting creators in their pursuit of landing more paid opportunities, thereby contributing directly to their business growth and success.
  • • Your core duties will encompass Brand Deal Discovery and Applications. This involves logging into the Wovvo.ai platform daily to identify and review active brand deal opportunities that align with your assigned client profiles. You will then apply to these opportunities, ensuring that each application precisely matches the specific campaign requirements and the client's unique positioning.
  • • A critical aspect of this role is customizing short-form outreach application messaging. You will leverage approved templates, infusing them with the client's specific brand voice and value proposition to create compelling applications that stand out.
  • • Maintaining a consistent application volume and cadence is paramount to maximizing deal flow and response rates. Your efficiency and diligence in this area will directly impact the number of opportunities presented to our clients.
  • • Beyond applications, you will be responsible for Client Account Execution and Tracking. This means meticulously tracking all activity with the highest level of transparency. You will log applications submitted, monitor pending responses, record wins and declines, and manage any necessary follow-up actions.
  • • You will maintain detailed daily and weekly reporting logs, providing an exact account of completed tasks and ongoing progress. This transparency is vital for client satisfaction and for demonstrating the value you bring.
  • • Furthermore, you will be tasked with flagging high-fit opportunities and time-sensitive campaigns to the client or the internal team, ensuring that no critical chances are missed.
  • • Quality Control and Process Adherence are non-negotiable. You will be expected to double-check all submissions for accuracy, verifying that they meet brand requirements, deliverable expectations, and client fit criteria.
  • • Strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for application steps, messaging style, and reporting requirements is mandatory. Consistency in completing work during assigned hours, with clear and concise documentation, is expected.
  • • Collaboration and Communication are key to success. You will communicate effectively with your point of contact via Slack, diligently following instructions for reporting and file sharing.
  • • You will actively participate in coaching and training sessions during your onboarding period and demonstrate a quick ability to adapt to feedback, continuously improving your performance.
  • • Each engagement is structured around a defined scope of work and governed by an independent contractor agreement. All services must be performed professionally, adhering to all agreed-upon timelines, guidelines, and deliverables.
  • • Proficiency in strong written English and professional business communication skills is essential. You must be highly detail-oriented, capable of performing repetitive tasks accurately at scale, and comfortable navigating web platforms and structured processes.
  • • The ability to quickly learn UGC terminology and brand-deal concepts is crucial, though prior UGC familiarity is a significant plus. Comfort using spreadsheets for tracking and reporting is also required.
  • • You should be self-motivated, reliable, and consistently capable of meeting activity Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • • While training will be provided for the Wovvo.ai platform, familiarity with AI platforms, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Slack, and ideally Notion is highly beneficial. Basic knowledge of email and outreach tools is also expected.
  • • This role offers flexibility with either 20 or 40 contracted hours per week, scheduled Monday through Friday, with daily working times to be arranged, aiming to align with client preferences where possible.
