- • As a Paid Ads Specialist (Meta) at Skelar AS, you will play a critical role in scaling Storyby’s user acquisition and revenue growth by managing high-impact Meta advertising campaigns that drive engagement across DramaShorts, AlphaNovel, and StorybyWriter platforms, directly contributing to the company’s mission of delivering immersive entertainment to 10+ million global users.
- • You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of Meta Ads campaigns — from strategy and creative hypothesis generation to execution, monitoring, optimization, and reporting — ensuring efficient budget utilization and maximum return on ad spend (ROAS) while supporting rapid experimentation and scaling of new traffic sources.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include creating, launching, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns across multiple ad sets and creatives; monitoring key performance indicators such as budget pacing, ARRPU, CAC, ROAS, and ROI in real time; conducting A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies; analyzing performance data to identify trends and optimization opportunities; adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting based on performance insights; maintaining campaign hygiene and documentation; collaborating with creative and product teams to align ad messaging with content offerings; and preparing regular performance reports for stakeholders.
- • You will work within Storyby’s innovative entertainment tech ecosystem, which combines original storytelling with cutting-edge vertical video, immersive audiobooks, and a global publishing platform — all backed by Skelar AS, a venture builder focused on building internationally competitive tech businesses from Ukraine with a strong commitment to supporting the local film industry and national resilience.
- • The team is data-driven, agile, and deeply invested in performance marketing excellence, offering you the opportunity to work with substantial monthly ad budgets (100k$+), experiment with creative hypotheses at scale, and directly influence user acquisition strategy for products with millions of engaged users worldwide.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced expertise in Meta Ads platform mechanics, performance marketing analytics, and cross-platform campaign optimization; gain hands-on experience managing large-scale user acquisition budgets in a fast-growing tech environment; sharpen your analytical and experimentation skills through real-time data interpretation; and contribute meaningfully to the growth of a Ukrainian-founded global entertainment brand with cultural impact and international reach.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing and optimizing advertising campaigns in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- • Proven ability to make data-driven decisions, including analyzing large datasets, identifying performance trends, and deriving actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency
- • Demonstrated experience managing monthly advertising budgets of $100,000 or more
- • Strong creative mindset with the ability to generate and test new ad concepts, audiences, and bidding strategies based on performance hypotheses
