- • As a Paid Campaign Executive (PPC) at Tide Platform Limited, you will drive growth by planning, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across the UK market, directly contributing to Tide’s mission of helping SMEs save time and money through innovative financial solutions.
- • Day to day, you will build and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Display, YouTube, Google App, and Apple Ads; conduct keyword, competitor, and market research; create high-performing ad copy; design and implement A/B tests; update performance reports; maintain internal documentation; collaborate with design teams on visual assets; and contribute to long-term channel roadmaps for sustainable growth.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in paid media analytics, campaign optimization, and cross-channel marketing; gain experience managing large data sets and translating insights into action; develop leadership in landing page strategy and creative collaboration; and grow your impact in a mission-driven environment that values ownership, initiative, and continuous learning through personal L&D budgets and mental wellbeing support.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years’ hands-on experience running Paid Search campaigns with up-to-date knowledge of cutting-edge developments in the space.
- • Excellent working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics.
- • Strong reporting, analysis, and data interpretation skills, including experience working with large data sets.
- • Strong understanding of Paid Media best practices and experience driving traffic to websites, mobile applications, and call centres to maximize returns.
- • Excel proficiency, numbers-driven mindset, strong attention to detail, and an analytical, meticulous work ethic.
- • Experience in mobile app marketing is a plus.
