📋 Description

• • As a Paid Campaign Executive (PPC) at Tide Platform Limited, you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and growth by managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across multiple channels, directly contributing to the company’s mission of helping SMEs save time and money through innovative financial solutions.
• • Day to day, you will build and optimise PPC campaigns across the UK on search engines and ad networks including Google, Microsoft, YouTube, Google App, and Apple Ads; create compelling adverts; conduct keyword, competitor, and market research; design and implement A/B tests; update performance reports; analyse KPIs; maintain documentation; collaborate with design teams on visual assets; and lead the planning of new PPC landing pages.
• • You will join a diverse, global team of over 2,500 Tideans, with offices in Sofia, Bulgaria (technology and member support hub), Central London, and other international locations, working in a flexible workplace model that values both in-person collaboration and remote work to foster innovation and inclusion.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in paid media, data-driven campaign optimisation, and cross-channel marketing; develop strong analytical and reporting skills; gain experience with large data sets and mobile app marketing; and grow your ability to own initiatives end-to-end in a fast-paced, innovative fintech environment.
