  • • As a Paid Media Lead (Remote UK) at Directive Consulting LLC, you will serve as a senior client-facing strategist responsible for driving measurable results in B2B SaaS and tech marketing through the Customer Generation methodology, focusing on SQLs and customer acquisition rather than vanity metrics like MQLs. This role is critical to the agency’s mission of delivering predictable, revenue-focused outcomes for enterprise clients by owning end-to-end paid media strategy and execution.
  • • You will oversee and lead a portfolio of approximately five mid-tier and enterprise Paid Media accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for client communications while collaborating closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment on deliverables, quality, and continuous improvement. Your day-to-day includes building quarterly strategies, managing budgets across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms, confirming lead routing accuracy in CRMs, optimizing PPC campaigns through keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and audience targeting, and driving referrals through strong client relationships and professional networks.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience working at a performance or digital marketing agency with a focus on B2B SaaS/tech clients
  • • Deep expertise in managing and optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and related platforms
  • • Proficiency in using advertising platforms and analytics tools including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, GA4, and Excel for data-driven decision making
  • • Proven success in driving measurable results for mid-market or enterprise accounts, including budget management, lead routing accuracy in CRMs, and campaign optimization to maximize ROI
  • • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and a problem-solving mindset
  • • Strong communication skills to articulate strategy, tell stories with data, and build trust with client contacts and executives
