• • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paid Media Manager to join our team on a maternity cover basis. This role is crucial in optimizing paid campaign performance across various channels for both internal teams and external clients.
• • Reporting to the Director of Paid Strategy, you will be instrumental in the day-to-day management and strategic execution of paid media campaigns.
• • Your primary responsibilities will include the meticulous planning, hands-on management, and effective implementation of digital campaigns across key paid channels, with a significant emphasis on TikTok and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
• • You will be tasked with activating campaigns, diligently analyzing their performance, and implementing data-driven optimizations to maximize results and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• • A core tenet of this role will be the adoption and application of a 'test and learn' approach, continuously seeking innovative ways to enhance campaign effectiveness and surpass performance benchmarks.
