- • As a Paid Media Manager at Directive Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in driving measurable growth for enterprise SaaS and tech clients by leveraging the company’s proprietary Customer Generation methodology, which prioritizes SQLs and customer acquisition over traditional marketing metrics, directly impacting client revenue and market positioning.
- • You will manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms, ensuring alignment with client goals through data-driven strategy, budget oversight, and performance analysis, while serving as the primary strategic point of contact for enterprise accounts.
- • The Paid Media team at Directive Consulting operates at the forefront of B2B tech marketing, combining analytical rigor with creative storytelling to deliver comprehensive digital strategies that consistently exceed client OKRs and foster long-term partnerships built on trust and measurable results.

- • You will gain hands-on experience managing mid-tier and enterprise accounts, driving referrals through client relationships, ensuring accurate lead routing in CRM systems, and collaborating directly with the Associate Director to achieve both internal and client objectives, positioning yourself for growth into senior strategy or leadership roles within the agency.
- • Oversee and lead a portfolio of Paid Media accounts, ensuring strategic alignment and execution excellence across all client engagements.
- • Serve as the primary liaison for client contacts, maintaining consistent communication and building trust through transparent reporting and strategic insights.

- • Deeply analyze client unique value propositions to inform targeting, messaging, and campaign structure.
- • Validate and ensure accurate lead routing within CRM systems to support closed-loop reporting and sales alignment.
- • Demonstrate proficiency in programmatic advertising principles and their application to B2B SaaS campaigns.
- • Monitor and optimize personal productivity and utilization to meet team and individual performance benchmarks.
- • Collaborate closely with the Associate Director to ensure internal goals and client outcomes are consistently met or exceeded.
- • Execute and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms, focusing on keyword research, ad copywriting, audience targeting, and bid strategies to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
- • Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, and other tools to derive actionable insights and inform optimization decisions.
- • Translate complex performance data into clear, compelling narratives for client stakeholders and executives.
- • Maintain a competitive yet curious mindset, continuously seeking industry trends, emerging tools, and innovative approaches—especially in AI and automation—to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- • Successfully manage approximately five mid-tier and enterprise accounts, balancing strategic depth with operational efficiency.
- • Travel to client sites approximately once per year per client, or as needed, to strengthen relationships and conduct in-person strategy sessions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience working at a performance or digital marketing agency, preferably with a focus on B2B SaaS or tech clients.
