You will be instrumental in transitioning from an agency-led model to building a high-performing, in-house marketing powerhouse, with a keen focus on culturally fluent messaging, unwavering accountability, and demonstrably measurable patient acquisition outcomes. This role is designed for an individual who thrives in a hands-on leadership capacity, possessing the strategic vision to define paid media direction and the executional prowess to bring it to life across key digital platforms.
  • • You will own the end-to-end paid media strategy and execution, primarily focusing on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok, with a clear roadmap for future expansion into Google Ads. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement robust acquisition strategies that are laser-focused on generating qualified patient leads, driving bookings, and achieving exceptional cost efficiency. This involves meticulous campaign setup, precise targeting, strategic budget allocation, compelling creative development, and continuous, data-driven optimization.
  • • A core component of your role will be to foster a culture of relentless testing and learning. You will be expected to continuously experiment with different audiences, ad creatives, messaging variations, and campaign structures to identify what resonates most effectively with our target patient demographic and to drive incremental performance improvements.
  • • Performance tracking and analytics are paramount. You will be responsible for diligently monitoring and reporting on critical key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Cost Per Lead (CPL), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), booking conversion rates, and other relevant metrics. Your ability to translate complex performance data into clear, concise insights and actionable plans will be crucial for informing strategic decisions and demonstrating marketing's impact.
  • • Ensuring the accuracy of tracking and attribution across all campaigns and platforms will be a key responsibility. You will collaborate closely with internal tools and platforms to maintain data integrity and provide a reliable foundation for performance analysis.
  • • You will be tasked with preparing insightful weekly performance reports. As the marketing function matures, this reporting cadence will evolve to bi-weekly, ensuring consistent and transparent communication of results and progress.
  • • Beyond execution, you will provide strategic direction for ad creatives and social content. This involves collaborating closely with creative and content partners to ensure all assets are not only visually appealing but also strategically aligned with performance goals and brand messaging.

  • • A significant aspect of this role involves developing and refining culturally relevant messaging tailored specifically for a Spanish-speaking Latino patient audience.   • • Please note: This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. As this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours, specifically aligned with the Central Standard Time (CST) zone (9 AM - 5 PM CST).

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media, with a proven track record of successfully running paid campaigns that have delivered measurable results.
  • • Strong expertise with Meta Ads Manager; experience with TikTok Ads is strongly preferred.
  • • Fluency in both English and Spanish, coupled with strong cultural fluency and the ability to craft messaging that resonates authentically with a Spanish-speaking Latino patient audience.
  • • Highly analytical mindset with a demonstrated test-and-learn approach to campaign optimization and a comfort level with owning both strategy and execution in a lean, fast-paced environment.
