  • • Are you a performance-driven Paid Media Specialist with a passion for scaling consumer brands, particularly in the dynamic beauty and wellness sector? Scale Army Careers is seeking a highly analytical and hands-on individual to own the day-to-day execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across critical channels like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Google (Search & YouTube).
  • • This is a fully remote role, ideal for candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. A key requirement is the ability to work during U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST) to effectively support our U.S.-based clients and ensure seamless campaign management.
  • • Our client is a rapidly growing, consumer-facing brand operating on a subscription-based model. Their growth strategy is heavily performance-driven, with a personalized quiz funnel serving as their primary customer acquisition channel. Your role will be instrumental in scaling this acquisition effort through expert paid media management.
  • • We are looking for individuals who are not just campaign managers, but true operators. You should possess a deep understanding of how each stage of the customer funnel connects, from initial awareness to final subscription, and be comfortable managing performance independently with minimal oversight. This means taking ownership and driving results across the entire funnel.
  • • Your core responsibility will be the end-to-end management and optimization of paid media campaigns. This includes launching new campaigns, meticulously monitoring performance, and proactively identifying both issues and opportunities for improvement. You will be expected to dive deep into the data to ensure campaigns are not only running but thriving.
  • • A significant part of this role involves owning performance across the full funnel. This extends beyond just initial clicks, encompassing key metrics such as quiz starts, quiz completions, trial sign-ups, and ultimately, subscriptions. You will be tasked with evaluating performance beyond simple last-click metrics, focusing on sustainable growth and overall customer lifetime value.
  • • You will be empowered to execute a structured testing strategy across various elements of the campaigns. This includes rigorously testing different audiences, creative concepts, and messaging to uncover what resonates best with our target consumers. The ability to iterate quickly based on performance data is crucial for improving campaign efficiency and ensuring scalability.
  • • Budget management and allocation will be a key aspect of your role. You will be responsible for optimizing budget distribution across different channels and campaigns to ensure we are meeting and exceeding our performance goals, maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) while driving volume.
  • • A critical component of your work will be focused on retargeting and mid-funnel strategies. You will build and manage sophisticated retargeting campaigns by leveraging engaged audiences and specific quiz-based segments. Furthermore, you will activate and utilize CRM-based audiences, including valuable email and SMS segments, directly within the paid advertising platforms to re-engage potential customers.
  • • You will also take ownership of ad copy creation and messaging. This involves writing, testing, and iterating on ad copy for both paid social and Google Search ads. It's essential that your messaging is not only compelling but also precisely aligned with the specific funnel stage, the user's intent, and the overall creative direction of the brand.
  • • Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work closely with our internal creative team, providing clear, actionable feedback and direction for creative testing. This partnership ensures that our ad creatives are optimized for performance and aligned with campaign objectives.
  • • Maintaining a clean and organized account structure is paramount for efficient management and accurate reporting. You will be responsible for clear performance reporting, ensuring that results, insights, and recommended next steps are communicated effectively and concisely to stakeholders.
  • • Success in this role will be defined by achieving stable and scalable paid media performance across both social and search channels. We expect to see clear, data-backed testing frameworks that consistently identify winning audiences and creative strategies. A strong visibility into funnel performance, moving beyond traditional last-click ROAS, will be a hallmark of your contribution. Ultimately, we are looking for a reliable, self-sufficient media buyer who can become a trusted and integral owner of our paid acquisition efforts, directly impacting the growth trajectory of a leading beauty and wellness brand.
