📋 Description

• The Paid Media Specialist will manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns for e-commerce brands, focusing on driving revenue through effective paid traffic conversion across Meta and Google platforms.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include launching and monitoring campaigns, conducting A/B testing on creatives and copy, analyzing performance metrics, managing budgets, and collaborating with creative and marketing teams to align efforts with broader strategies.
• Scale Army supports U.S.-based clients in the e-commerce space, requiring alignment with U.S. business hours (9 AM–5 PM EST) despite remote work eligibility across LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe.
• The role offers hands-on experience in performance marketing, conversion optimization, and data-driven campaign management, enabling growth in expertise around ROAS, CPA, and full-funnel e-commerce advertising strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns for e-commerce brands, preferably in consumer products
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms
• Experience conducting A/B testing and optimizing campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools for performance tracking
• Understanding of Shopify store management, analytics, and conversion rate optimization
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and identify optimization opportunities
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
