Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • Own and scale Prelude’s entire LinkedIn paid-media engine—budget, creative, targeting, bidding, and attribution—turning it into a predictable, ROI-positive pipeline machine for our B2B authentication platform.
  • • Design quarterly and monthly LinkedIn campaign roadmaps that map directly to pipeline and revenue targets; translate sales priorities (enterprise vs. mid-market, EU vs. US expansion) into audience blueprints, funnel stages, and creative angles.
  • • Build, launch, and continuously A/B test campaigns: Sponsored Content, Conversation Ads, Lead Gen Forms, Dynamic Ads, and retargeting layers—experimenting with copy, visuals, offers, and CTAs to maximise CTR, CPL, and ultimately SQL volume.
  • • Manage budgets ranging from pilot tests to six-figure annual spends; re-allocate weekly based on cohort-level performance, CAC payback, and sales feedback, ensuring every euro is traceable to closed-won revenue.
  • • Produce weekly dashboards (LinkedIn Campaign Manager + HubSpot + Salesforce) that surface cost-per-lead, MQL→SQL conversion, pipeline influence, and LTV:CAC; present findings to founders, sales, and product to steer roadmap decisions.
  • • Collaborate tightly with sales to define lead-scoring rules, follow-up SLAs, and nurture sequences; sit in on pipeline calls to hear first-hand how messaging resonates and iterate creative accordingly.
  • • Partner with product marketing to translate complex authentication and fraud-prevention features into crisp, benefit-led ad copy that speaks to CTOs, CPOs, and Heads of Growth at fast-scaling tech companies.
  • • Maintain a rigorous testing backlog: audience expansion (job titles, company lists, technographics), creative formats (video, carousel, gated assets), bidding strategies (CPC vs. CPM vs. automated), and attribution windows.
  • • Ensure brand consistency across all LinkedIn assets while still pushing creative boundaries; brief and manage freelance designers or agencies when additional creative bandwidth is required.
  • • Monitor competitive landscape and LinkedIn product releases (e.g., new ad formats, AI tools) to keep Prelude ahead of the curve; share best-practice playbooks with the broader growth team.
  • • Contribute to cross-channel experiments—sync LinkedIn audiences with Google Search, Capterra, and email retargeting—to build a unified, full-funnel acquisition strategy.
  • • Champion a culture of data-driven growth: document experiments, maintain naming conventions, and build scalable processes so the channel can 10Ă— without proportional headcount increase.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads in a B2B SaaS environment with measurable pipeline impact (SQLs, revenue).
  • • Proven track record of scaling ad budgets while maintaining or improving CAC and LTV:CAC ratios.
  • • Deep fluency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) and attribution tooling; comfortable writing basic SQL or using BI tools to surface insights.
  • • Strong analytical mindset—able to design experiments, interpret statistical significance, and translate numbers into actionable recommendations.
  • • Exceptional copywriting and creative judgement for technical B2B audiences; can craft concise, high-conversion ad copy without jargon overload.
  • • Fluent English (C1+) for copy and stakeholder communication; conversational French is a plus for Paris office collaboration.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Competitive base salary benchmarked to Paris tech market plus performance-based bonus.
  • • Hybrid model: 3 days in our Paris office (Sentier district) + 2 days remote; 4 weeks “work-from-anywhere” annually.
  • • Top-tier gear (MacBook Pro, 4K monitor, ergonomic chair) and full remote-office stipend.
  • • 100 % of commute costs to Paris office reimbursed (Navigo or bike scheme).
  • • Private health insurance (Alan Blue) + Swile meal vouchers + premium gym membership (Gymlib or ClassPass equivalent).
  • • Annual all-company offsite in a European destination (think Alps chalet or Mediterranean villa) with partners invited.
