  • • As a Paid Media Strategist at Directive Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in driving measurable growth for enterprise SaaS and tech clients by leveraging the company’s proprietary Customer Generation methodology, which prioritizes SQLs and customer acquisition over traditional marketing metrics, directly contributing to client revenue goals and long-term partnership success.
  • • You will oversee and lead a portfolio of 4-6 mid-tier to enterprise Paid Media accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for client communications, translating complex data into clear strategic narratives, and ensuring alignment between campaign performance and client business objectives through weekly check-ins, quarterly strategy sessions, and proactive optimization.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include executing and optimizing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads; conducting keyword research, crafting compelling ad copy, managing bids, and analyzing performance using GA4, Excel, and platform-specific tools to maximize ROI and drive SQLs.
  • • You will build and maintain quarterly paid media strategies tailored to each client’s unique value proposition, manage campaign budgets across multiple channels, confirm accurate lead routing in CRM systems, and collaborate with vendors and operational partners to improve workflow efficiency and campaign quality.
  • • Beyond execution, you will drive referrals through strong client relationships and professional networking, identify cross-sell opportunities that align with client goals, and work closely with the Associate Director to ensure internal OKRs and client success metrics are consistently met or exceeded.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience working at a performance or digital marketing agency, with proven success managing B2B SaaS/tech client accounts in an agency setting.
  • • Deep expertise in paid search and paid social advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and related tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, make data-driven optimizations, and measure success using frameworks like OCT (Objective, Conversion, Tracking) to drive ROI and SQL growth.
  • • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with a talent for translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for client stakeholders and executives.
  • • Demonstrated success in managing mid-market or enterprise accounts, including budget ownership, quarterly strategy development, and client retention through trust and performance.
  • • A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends, particularly in AI and automation, and a commitment to continuous learning and innovation in paid media.
