- • As a Paid Media Strategist at Directive Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in driving measurable growth for enterprise SaaS and tech clients by leveraging the company’s proprietary Customer Generation methodology, which prioritizes SQLs and customer acquisition over traditional marketing metrics, ensuring strategies are directly tied to revenue outcomes.
- • You will serve as the primary strategic and operational liaison for a portfolio of mid-tier and enterprise accounts, owning end-to-end paid media campaign lifecycle—from strategy development and budget management to execution, optimization, and performance reporting—while aligning closely with client goals and internal OKRs to deliver consistent, scalable results.
- • The Paid Media team at Directive Consulting is a high-performing, analytics-driven unit within a remote-first, people-first organization that values creativity, strategic thinking, and continuous learning, fostering collaboration through virtual tools like Zoom and Slack while maintaining a strong culture of accountability and innovation.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in B2B SaaS paid media strategy, master cross-channel campaign optimization (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads), refine your ability to translate complex data into compelling client narratives, and gain exposure to enterprise-level account management, positioning you for advancement into senior strategy or leadership roles within the performance marketing space.
- • You will develop advanced skills in budget allocation, lead routing validation within CRMs, programmatic campaign understanding, and vendor/partner coordination, while cultivating a consultative mindset that balances competitive drive with curiosity—essential for staying ahead of AI and automation trends in digital marketing.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience working at a performance or digital marketing agency, specifically with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency setting
- • Deep expertise across paid search and paid social advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and related tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, and Facebook Business Manager
- • Proven ability to create, maintain, and optimize paid media budgets, analyze campaign performance data, and drive measurable results for mid-market or enterprise accounts using data-driven decision-making and storytelling with data
