- • As a Paid Search & Social Manager at Directive Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in driving measurable business outcomes for B2B SaaS and tech clients by leveraging the company’s proprietary Customer Generation methodology, which prioritizes SQLs and customer acquisition over traditional marketing metrics like MQLs, ensuring strategies are directly tied to revenue impact.
- • You will serve as a client-facing strategist responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms, translating complex data into actionable insights while building long-term client relationships that foster trust, retention, and expansion opportunities.
- • Oversee and lead a portfolio of 5+ mid-tier and enterprise Paid Media accounts, ensuring alignment with client goals and internal OKRs through proactive strategy development and performance monitoring.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, delivering weekly updates, presenting performance reports, and articulating strategic recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- • Collaborate weekly with vendors and operational partners to align on task execution, quality standards, and process improvements, ensuring seamless campaign delivery.
- • Develop and refine quarterly paid media strategies tailored to each client’s unique value proposition, market positioning, and business objectives.
- • Create, manage, and optimize paid media budgets across multiple channels, maximizing ROI through data-driven bid adjustments, audience segmentation, and creative testing.
- • Execute and optimize PPC campaigns with expertise in keyword research, ad copywriting, audience targeting, and conversion tracking using Google Analytics, GA4, and platform-native tools.
- • Ensure accurate lead routing within CRM systems and validate the integrity of conversion data to support accurate performance reporting.
- • Drive client referrals through strong relationship management and proactive engagement with professional networks.
- • Work closely with an Associate Director to ensure internal goals, client satisfaction, and team utilization targets are consistently met.
- • Maintain personal productivity and utilization metrics while contributing to a culture of continuous learning, including staying current on AI and automation trends in marketing.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience working at a performance or digital marketing agency, preferably with a focus on B2B SaaS or tech clients.
- • Deep expertise in managing and optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and related platforms.
- • Proficiency in using advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Excel) to analyze performance and make data-driven decisions.
- • Proven success in driving measurable results for mid-market or enterprise accounts, including the ability to meet or exceed OKRs related to client growth and goal attainment.
- • Strong ability to translate strategy into clear, persuasive narratives and tell stories with data to influence client and internal stakeholders.
- • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple client accounts and initiatives simultaneously.
