- • Join The Mind Company, a pioneering force in mental fitness, as a Paid Social Performance Marketing Associate and play a pivotal role in scaling our award-winning, science-backed apps to millions worldwide. We are dedicated to making mental fitness accessible and integral to daily life, fostering cognitive enhancement and emotional well-being through our innovative platforms like Elevate, Balance, and Spark. As a fully remote organization, we cultivate a culture of voracious learning and passionate execution, united by a singular vision: to bring mental fitness to every mind, every day. If our mission ignites your passion, we invite you to contribute your expertise to our high-impact growth team.
- • In this dynamic, hands-on media buying role, you will be a key player within our lean, high-impact growth team, responsible for the entire growth stack. This encompasses performance marketing, creative strategy, analytics, and all related functions. You will be the central point of contact for a select portfolio of acquisition channels, meticulously managing day-to-day campaigns, spearheading creative testing initiatives, and driving optimization efforts across leading platforms such as Meta and AppLovin. This position offers significant autonomy, ownership of substantial budgets, and the direct satisfaction of seeing your strategic decisions translate into tangible improvements in our user acquisition metrics.
- • Your core responsibilities will involve the end-to-end management of app performance marketing campaigns. This includes the strategic build-out, continuous optimization, and diligent maintenance of campaigns across Paid Social and potentially Demand-Side Platform (DSP) channels. A primary objective will be to drive efficient new user acquisition for one of our flagship applications, ensuring a steady influx of engaged users who benefit from our mental fitness solutions.
- • You will be instrumental in presenting weekly performance analyses, highlighting key trends, and articulating data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization. This proactive approach ensures that our marketing efforts remain agile and responsive to market dynamics and user behavior.
- • A critical component of this role is the execution of a rigorous and continuous creative testing framework. By systematically testing new ad creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing improvements that consistently elevate campaign performance and efficiency.
- • Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to spearhead research into Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and methodologies to enhance our Growth tooling. This forward-thinking initiative aims to leverage cutting-edge technology to refine our marketing strategies and operational efficiency.
- • Meticulous monitoring and updating of project trackers are essential for maintaining clarity and accountability across all media buying projects and creative testing initiatives. This ensures seamless collaboration and efficient workflow management within the team.
- • This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within North or South America, fostering a healthy work-life balance and embracing the advantages of a distributed workforce.
- • The Mind Company is committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment. We believe that a variety of perspectives fuels innovation and strengthens our ability to solve complex problems. We actively encourage applications from individuals belonging to traditionally underrepresented communities, including women, people of color, LGBTQIA+ individuals, veterans, and people with disabilities. We value transferable skills, passion, and unique experiences, and we encourage you to apply even if your background doesn't perfectly align with every listed qualification.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years of app performance marketing experience specifically within AppLovin or Meta platforms.
- • 1+ years of experience in writing creative briefs for D2C performance marketing ads.
- • Demonstrated hands-on-keyboard campaign management experience with direct-response campaigns.
- • Solid understanding of key performance marketing direct-response KPIs such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Lifetime Value (LTV).
- • Experience utilizing Generative AI tools (e.g., Nano Banana, Envato, Hedra) for ad production and AI assistants like Claude AI or ChatGPT for copywriting, concept ideation, and/or performance analysis.
- • Proficiency in navigating business intelligence tools like Looker, Amplitude, or Tableau.
- • Strong attention to detail and robust project management skills.
- • A proactive, resourceful, and resilient 'builder's mindset,' comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and driving initiatives forward.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive salary and equity package.
- • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family.
- • Distributed team flexibility, including a home-office stipend and co-working reimbursement.
- • Annual stipends for learning, wellness, and travel.
- • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO), flexible sick leave, and paid parental leave.
- • Annual company-wide meetup in an exciting location.
