  • • This role is a critical component of our social media team, reporting directly to the Associate Director. You will be instrumental in shaping and executing high-performing LinkedIn advertising strategies, particularly for B2B clients. This position offers a unique chance to be on the ground floor of a fast-growing, specialized agency, gaining invaluable experience and contributing to our proprietary Customer Generation methodology, which prioritizes SQLs and Customers over traditional MQL metrics.
  • • In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clients. Your responsibilities will encompass direct client communication, the development of bespoke, data-driven strategies, and the meticulous execution of paid media deliverables. You will be entrusted with overseeing and leading a collection of social media accounts, ensuring seamless alignment with client objectives and Abe's strategic vision.
  • • A key aspect of your role will involve building and refining client strategies on a quarterly basis. This requires a deep understanding of each client's unique market positioning, their distinct value propositions, and the competitive landscape they operate within. You will be responsible for the creation, meticulous maintenance, and ongoing optimization of budgets for paid media campaigns, ensuring maximum return on investment.
  • • Effective communication and collaboration are paramount. You will engage in weekly check-ins with vendors and operational partners to guarantee alignment on assigned tasks, uphold the highest standards of work quality, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with the Associate Director to ensure both internal team and client goals are consistently met and exceeded.
  • • Your expertise will extend to understanding the value and application of Programmatic campaigns, complementing your core paid social responsibilities. A critical function of this role is to confirm the accuracy of lead routing within a CRM system, ensuring a smooth handover and effective follow-up for client-generated leads.
  • • You will be accountable for your personal productivity and utilization, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the team. A significant part of your impact will be driving cross-sells, upsells, and referrals by cultivating strong client relationships and leveraging your professional network.
  • • Specifically within LinkedIn advertising, you will execute and optimize campaigns, including crafting compelling ad copywriting, developing sophisticated targeting parameters (TAM development), and implementing strategies to maximize ROI. This involves a granular understanding of LinkedIn's diverse ad units, such as conversation ads, document ads, and CTV, to leverage the platform's full capabilities.
  • • Success in this role is defined by your ability to embody Abe's core values in every interaction, effectively manage approximately five mid-tier and enterprise accounts, and consistently meet and exceed department-level KPIs. Your primary performance indicators will revolve around client North Star Metrics (NSMs) and Client Satisfaction scores, fostering client trust and relationships that lead to consistent renewals. You will also be instrumental in identifying and proposing relevant service cross-sells that align with client goals and objectives, clearly communicating results to client points of contact and executives, and demonstrating exceptional decision-making skills in guiding the strategic direction of accounts.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of experience working at a performance/digital marketing agency with hands-on experience supporting B2B clients.
  • • Deep expertise across paid social advertising campaigns, with a specific emphasis on LinkedIn Ads, including understanding various ad units (e.g., conversation ads, document ads, CTV).
  • • Proficiency in using advertising platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, and other relevant analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Excel).
  • • Proven ability to analyze campaign performance data, make data-driven decisions, and optimize campaigns to drive measurable results (OCT).
