Reporting directly to the Associate Director, this role is a cornerstone of our social media team and offers a unique chance to be on the ground floor of a rapidly expanding specialty agency.
  • • In this pivotal role, you will serve as the Paid Social Strategist (with an internal title of Account Strategist, LinkedIn Advertising), working intimately with our mid-market and enterprise clients. You will be the primary point of contact for communicating campaign results, developing bespoke strategies tailored to individual client needs, and executing all paid media deliverables. This position provides an unparalleled opportunity to gain extensive experience in crafting high-performing LinkedIn strategies specifically for B2B businesses, a critical channel for many of our clients.
  • • Your core responsibilities will encompass overseeing and leading a portfolio of social media accounts, acting as direct support and a trusted advisor to client contacts. You will engage in weekly communication with any vendors or operational partners to ensure seamless alignment on assigned tasks, uphold work quality standards, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in our collaborative dynamics.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves the strategic development of client campaigns on a quarterly basis. You will be responsible for creating, meticulously maintaining, and actively optimizing budgets for all paid media campaigns, ensuring maximum efficiency and return on investment. A deep understanding of each client's unique market positioning and value proposition is paramount to success.
  • • You will also be tasked with confirming the accuracy of lead routing within our CRM systems, ensuring that valuable leads are directed to the appropriate teams for follow-up. Personal productivity and efficient utilization of resources will be critical measures of success in this role. Close collaboration with the Associate Director is essential to ensure that both internal agency goals and client objectives are consistently met and exceeded.
  • • Furthermore, you will cultivate a strong understanding of the value and application of Programmatic campaigns within the broader paid media landscape. A significant part of your role will involve driving cross-sells, upsells, and referrals by nurturing strong client relationships and leveraging your professional network.
  • • You will execute and meticulously optimize advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, including crafting compelling ad copywriting, developing targeted audience segments (TAM development), and refining targeting parameters to maximize ROI. This hands-on execution, combined with strategic oversight, is what makes this role so impactful. Success will be measured not only by campaign performance but also by your ability to build trust, foster long-term client relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of the agency and its clients.
