  • • As a Paid Social Strategist at Tinuiti, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and accountability for clients by meticulously planning, executing, and optimizing full-funnel Paid Social programs across key platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Reddit.
  • • Your primary objective will be to expand new customer acquisition, increase revenue, and enhance customer lifetime value (LTV) by leveraging data-driven insights and creative learnings to make informed decisions, rigorously test hypotheses, and scale successful strategies.
  • • You will be instrumental in utilizing automation tools and Tinuiti's proprietary Bliss Point insights to strategically allocate spend where it yields the highest performance, thereby minimizing waste and maximizing return on investment.
  • • This role demands close collaboration within a dedicated Pod structure, working hand-in-hand with Creative, Analytics, Product/Bliss Point, and Client Leadership teams to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing approach.
  • • A crucial aspect of your role will be to translate best practices and successful campaign elements into repeatable, scalable playbooks that can be shared across the agency, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • • You will be responsible for translating complex business objectives into clear, actionable Paid Social plans, encompassing strategies for prospecting new customers, retargeting existing audiences, and fostering loyalty among current clients.
  • • Setting clear expectations with clients, articulating the nuances of different strategic options, and transparently reporting campaign results in plain language, directly tied to tangible business impact, will be a key facet of your client-centric approach.
  • • You will embody "The Tinuiti Way" by integrating strong Paid Social craft—encompassing creative execution, audience segmentation, and signal optimization—with a growing understanding of multi-channel marketing, including Search, Commerce, CRM, and Creative strategies.
  • • A significant part of your contribution will involve educating clients and internal teams, meticulously documenting successful strategies and tactics to ensure they can be readily adopted and replicated by others within the agency.
  • • You will champion a product-led approach, adeptly utilizing platform-specific features and automation tools such as Meta Advantage+, value optimization, CAPI, TikTok Smart Performance, and Pinterest Performance+ to drive superior results.
  • • Your role will involve a systematic process of testing new features and strategies on a small scale, proving their value, and then strategically scaling them for broader impact.
  • • You will apply critical insights derived from Tinuiti's Bliss Point product suite, including Forecasting, Always-On Incrementality, Creative Insights, and Brand Equity analyses, to inform budget allocation, test design, and strategic bets on creative and audience targeting.
  • • Furthermore, you will provide valuable feedback to the Product team to continuously enhance these powerful analytical tools.
  • • A data and measurement-driven mindset is paramount, requiring you to design practical tests, including holdout/lift tests where feasible, and robust A/B tests, clearly defining success metrics in advance and maintaining a consistent cadence for performance review.
  • • You will ensure the integrity of data and tracking mechanisms, including pixels, Conversions API (CAPI), event mapping, and UTM parameters within Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and possess the ability to articulate the limitations of available data when recommending strategic adjustments.
  • • Embracing an owner's mindset, you will act with urgency, consistently meet commitments, and proactively identify and mitigate waste, such as creative fatigue, audience overlap, and inefficient learning phase resets.
  • • You will actively contribute to the adoption of improved working methodologies and best practices within your Pod, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
