- • The Paralegal role at RealNetworks, Inc. is a critical support position within the Legal Department, specifically assisting the One Real Mortgage business in maintaining regulatory compliance and operational efficiency for mortgage licensing across multiple jurisdictions. This role ensures the company remains legally compliant and operationally smooth in a fast-growing, technology-driven real estate brokerage.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting mortgage licensing applications and renewals, managing compliance matters such as marketing material reviews, preparing accurate business correspondence (letters, memos, presentations), creating and editing spreadsheets and documents, organizing and tracking both electronic and physical files, communicating internally and externally to gather and share information, and taking on project management tasks as assigned. The role demands high confidentiality, meticulous attention to detail, and proactive learning of new technologies and systems.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2–5 years of experience in a paralegal, legal support, or related administrative role
- • Bachelor’s degree required
- • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
